Job Descriptions

  • Managing and storing contracts cho client + vendor (revise as per client’s request)
  • Submitting paperwork to proceed payments
  • Inputting project information into ADEPT
  • Working with Finance and Legal for revising payment documents
  • Preparing other internal documents for internal teams
  • Following up contracts/liquidations/ payment status
  • Communicating with internal teams to proceed next step for projects
  • Doing end-campaign report and weekly report as assigned by supervisor
  • Supporting leaders stand-by with project for fixing bugs, issues
  • Seeking for suppliers with the best prices
  • Sending email to arrange and remind internal meetings
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

  • 1 – 2 year experience in marketing/ sales in media, advertising and broadcasting or other related fields.
  • Good- looking, good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of marketing, sales, advertising, digital, broadcastings …
  • Microsoft office skills: word, excel, power point
  • Good at team work and individual working
  • Having skills in analyzing & synthetizing information
  • Prefer candidates with good English skills
