With current development plan, we are looking for an Account Executive that fits the below qualities and responsibilities. If you found it match your career path and personalities
- Build & develop current client relationships & act as main point of contact between client & agency.
- Run full digital project externally & internally effectively
- Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction.
- Daily manage & control internal expectations & resources
- Continuously update new digital trends, campaigns locally or globally to share internal team.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Digital agency
- Be passionate, enthusiastic & energetic in working & learning new things, esp in Digital field.
- Be willing to work under high pressure & fast-changing pace environment.
- Be honest, open, outgoing, adaptable & diplomatic.
- Good communicator, in person & writing.
- Good at listening, negotiating & motivating people, even with pressure.
- Be able to organize meeting & deal with client independently at daily issues.
- Have result-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Have good knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trend would be advantage.
