Job Description

  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Collect all financial paper and receipts
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and
  • regulations.
  • Generate monthly financial report
  • Other responsibilities if required
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR executives
  • Compiling and update employees leave record
  • Recruit and make interview with potential candidates
  • Update and maintain all document related to HR
  • Report to Branch Director
  • Contact to suppliers to purchase stationary and office materials
  • Assist and administrate tasks in officeRequirements

Job Requirement

  • High-level of communication skills
  • Ability to analyse, interpret or evaluate information
  • Ability to manage budget and financial issues
  • Positive, open-minded and eager to learn attitude
  • Ability to coop with pressure, handle multiple tasks and work in team
  • Focus on detailed aspects of assignments in order to ensure overall quality of work products with
  • minimum supervision
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, interaction and liaison
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor qualifications in business, commerce or accounting
