Job Descriptions

  • General Administration
    • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and reports
    • Work with suppliers – Purchasing, Sourcing
    • Build quotations
    • Mail management.
  • HR Support
    • Establish employee’s labor contracts/termination notice
    • Follow-up employee’s health insurance
    • Follow-up Work Permit & Resident Card for foreign employees
    • Support operational divisions for staff recruitment
    • Advise staff issues.
    • Recruitment
    • In charge of preparing company events, team building activities.
  • Assistance
    • Support Operations Team Leader and Board of Executive when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in HR department
  • Skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Good English – verbal, written
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail
      Strong Communication skills – active listening
    • Creative problem solver – methodical, analytical, persistent
    • Responsible – meet tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player – work well in a group, work independently with minimal supervision
    • Effective multitasker – identify, organize, prioritize, deliver
    • Natural ability to build strong relationships
  • Compensation Package
    • Contract duration: 1 year, renewable
    • Expected Salary: negotiable, depending on experience
    • Lunch and parking fee: provided by company
