Facility Management

Plan and manage facility central services (security, cleaning, operation system,..)

Periodically inspect the facility to ensure all areas are kept in a neat.

Monitor meeting room/conference room.

Collect payment documents and prepare payment requests, transfer full set of documents to Accounting Dept.

Risk management

Coordinate the store to collect and report all risk issues

Conduct risk assessment

Responds and resolves

Requirements

3 years of experiences

Medium English Skills

Strong communication

High responsibility in work
