Job Description

  • Receive and correctly transfer incoming telephone calls
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide staff in using meeting room schedule, projector, laptop…
  • Arrange company’s car promptly and distribute correctly in and out, mail for each department.
  • Support in managing office’s stationaries, papers and equipment to ensure their good condition and availability to users.
  • Assist in greeting visitors and determining the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or staff.
  • Search, classify & arrange documents in stock (man – for License team)

Job Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
  • Soft skills: good at communication, organizing, time-management, problem-solving,…
  • Detail-oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
