Job Description

  • Plan, organize, lead and manage all admin functions and Admin Team
  • Develop, implement, and monitor all administrative policies/process
  • Build and monitor the expense to ensure the effectiveness on execution
  • Manage stationery, office assets, office renting and renovation
  • Manage logistics for office: transportation arrangement, hotel/ ticket booking, safety, workstation equipment’s…
  • Manage legal related activities: work permit, company documents and stamps…
  • Manage and ensure the Company’s important documents (soft and hard) are kept carefully and confidentially
  • Organize company events: monthly all-hands meeting, …
  • Manage devices and prepare logistics for meeting rooms including: tables and chairs are arranged as required of meetings, drinking water, projector, audio equipment, internet connection and other stuffs
  • Manage Admin team including tea lady, receptionist and messenger
  • Performs other relevant tasks

Job Requirements

  • University degree in relevant areas
  • At least 2 years of related experience in medium-size company (Experience in large multinational companies is preferred)
  • Leadership, management, organizational and planning skills
  • Effective communication, team building and team spirit, collaboration and flexibility
  • Fluent and strong communication (spoken and written) in both English and Vietnamese languages
