Job Description

  • Welcome and record information of clients, visitors, guests, candidates… and provide them with appropriate information
  • Receive/ answer/ transfer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive & record incoming and outgoing courier and goods effectively to ensure proper distribution.
  • Support to arrange deliver big goods in and out the office according to progress of the Pearl Plaza building
  • Manage the borrowing and return of projector
  • Alert Office Assistant to the availability of Stationery, Materials…for the new order
  • Take care of the Front desk area to be clean and tidy.
  • Ensure the safety and status of products display in the office
  • Be always available at the Front desk

Job Requirements

  • You are a fresh graduate, ready to work full time at the Company (Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm)
  • You are careful and detailed-oriented
  • You are enthusiastic, well-organized and ready-to-learn by doing
  • You have high sense of customer service
  • You are good at communication & confident
  • You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
  • You are good at English
