- Working location: 6th Floor, Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hour: 9am – 6pm
- Welcome and record information of clients, visitors, guests, candidates… and provide them with appropriate information
- Receive/ answer/ transfer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive & record incoming and outgoing courier and goods effectively to ensure proper distribution.
- Support to arrange deliver big goods in and out the office according to progress of the Pearl Plaza building
- Manage the borrowing and return of projector
- Alert Office Assistant to the availability of Stationery, Materials…for the new order
- Take care of the Front desk area to be clean and tidy.
- Ensure the safety and status of products display in the office
- Be always available at the Front desk
- You are a fresh graduate, ready to work full time at the Company (Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm)
- You are careful and detailed-oriented
- You are enthusiastic, well-organized and ready-to-learn by doing
- You have high sense of customer service
- You are good at communication & confident
