Job Description

  • Support Sales and Marketing in Planning and PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory), SAP
  • Make purchase order to Head of Dept and Sales order to customer
  • Control & follow up on deduction incentive on invoices
  • Connect with other Dept for smooth running of SAP
  • Prepare soft document for making, running report
  • Summarize report for each product’s unit
  • Support solution team in report consolidation
  • Support Dept events: Seminar & Event etc…
  • Update bi-monthly inventory report for all product category
  • Other admin duties assigned by Head of Dept

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, good at English
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales & MKT Admin
  • Familiar with paper/report filling system
  • Strong in Microsoft OS; PPT, excel, Spread sheet, Words for daily work
  • Able to work overtime as required by Management
  • Able to travel Domestic/Oversea for course, training or work related support
