Job Descriptions

Administration works

  • Keep comfortable and tidy office environment in cooperation with other department and property management suppliers, Handle environment issues
  • Control company asset, stationery and office supplies
  • Maintain & Update the Employee Portal, including internal rules and staff information
  • Support recruitment activities, including improvement of recruitment website
  • Prepare Visa, Expats related work (Work permit, Residence card, Apartment, Company car…)
  • Make flight & hotel reservations, prepare insurance to overseas for staff and visitors
  • Respond to request from employees and authorities related to HR & Admin issues
  • Other tasks as needed
  • Duration: 6 months

Procurement works

  • Purchase general office equipment, furniture, office supplies, and miscellaneous services.
  • Find potential suppliers by using many ways, and gather information about service to be ordered.
  • Consider the cost reduction by comparison of price and services
  • Follow the status of purchase orders, delivery

Job Requirements

  • Age: From 21 to 24 years old
  • Knowledge/Skills/Experience
    • Can communicate in English, Active, friendly characteristic
    • Passion and interest in Admin & Human Resource field
    • Can help / support other staff’s work, proactive action across teams
    • Full experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
