Job Descriptions

  • Lead the regional Field Sales Force in achieving the sales objectives for the sales area as set in the Business Plans
  • Generate sales and contributes to the volume and profit performance of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales and marketing programs and activities in your branch
  • Lead Field Sales Force Strategy together with management team
  • Build Talent and Team through effective coaching, and management
  • Be responsible for evaluating performance of Sales Reps, Grip, Grab, Growth (GGG) KPI’s and Profits & Lost (P+L) performance of accounts
  • Work closely with Cross-functional teams (Chefs, Chains, Marketing, Training) to ensure the quality of integrated business planning and brilliant execution of business plan
  • Ensure alignment of key business objectives with cross-functional teams as well as within the sales organization
  • Do top-to-top meetings with key customers / key opinion leaders in assigned region
  • Be willing to work in nationwide as assigned
  • Comply with Code of Business principles of Unilever ( COBP ) and safety standards

Job Requirements

  • University graduated
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, of which at least 2 year in sales supervisor role
  • Good understanding of Wet market and Foodservice/catering business
  • Experienced in doing field coaching with sales reps and sales supervisors
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good at analytical and negotiation skill
  • Self motivated, team motivated and result oriented
  • Good at both speaking and writing English skill
