Job Descriptions

  • To assist Brand Manager to plan and execute marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Deeply understand consumers and market insights to discuss, brainstorm and input for Marketing AOP of the brand
  • Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity
  • Work with MO/trade marketing to execute flawless brand experience across touch points
  • Assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products
  • Accountable for budget analysis and management
  • Partnering with different functions (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal, …) for on-going projects and marketing execution
  • Manage operation such as trade service, visibility, sponsorship, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with Marketing background is an advantage
  • Excellent of English
  • At least 3 years work experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market research or Advertising, prefer FMCG industry
  • Initiative, innovative, flexible
  • Passion to grow
  • Open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working and resilient
  • Good at project management.
