Cost management – Improve brand profitability through identifying and implementing cost control opportunities
Team management – Lead, train and develop, conduct performance review with subordinates to build up the efficiency of the team – Update Direct Line Manager on the status of the principle accountabilities on bases of internal and external information: market research for brand image, usage, market share
Others – Take other assignments from Product Manager/Group Product Manager as requested
At least 01-year experience in same position in marketing field.
Having experience in planning product launch, including ATL & BTL activities (TVC, Activation, PR, Digital)
Actively taking care of his/her skin. Have basic knowledge about skin care.
