Job Descriptions

Administration & Communication Handling

  • Manage schedule/calendar;
  • Attend internal and external meetings, record minutes and provide necessary follow up;
  • Send staff communication emails under the direction of the Country Manager;
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations on an as needed basis;
  • Collect and consolidate feedback and information from various internal teams;
  • Act as a translator and provide written translations for all materials when needed;
  • Manage Country Managers personal errands and bills when necessary, to ensure they are 100% focused on business.

Analysis and Reporting Coordination

  • Prepare and distribute reports as directed by the Country Manager;
  • Create presentations and prepare statistical reports when directed;
  • Keep track of business plan evolution and coordinate with team to identify key developments across teams;
  • Manage and maintain budgeting plan for costing and headcount;
  • Prepare financial reports and related information for various weekly and monthly meetings;

Business Development & Project Management

  • Find contacts, contact and setup meetings with external parties with aim to foster business relationships;
  • Proactively think and suggest new growth opportunities for the company;
  • Take on projects with structural impact on the organization and lead aspects of the business when requested
  • Prepare presentation and proposal materials for internal and external parties;
  • Prepare commercial agreements and contracts for external Clients;
  • Coordinate managers and internal team to drive the success of internal cross functional projects.

  • 100% accuracy of updating calendar
  • Timely tracking of budget as per Departments’ KPIs
  • Prepare reports and complete tasks within timeline provided

Job Requirements

  • University Degree from top school and a high position within class;
  • Previous working experience as an assistant or in a business development role is a plus;
  • Heavily quantitative, with proven ability to create insights and actions from comprehensive datasets;
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
  • Basic legal knowledge for reviewing contracts and other legal documents;
  • High level of professionalism;
  • Results driven character. Process focused with a tireless focus on output quality;
  • Willing to be on call and work irregular hours.
  • Ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Extremely organized and with proactive focus on providing support;
  • Willingness to work hard and take on criticism in order to learn and develop;
  • A desire to learn and grow personally and professionally;
  • Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally;
  • Able to reach across cultural and social boundaries to bring teams together;
  • Skilled manager of priorities, projects and people.
