Monitoring and analyze Brand performance, Sales performance, Market trend
Monitoring and analyze each activity of ATL and BTL activation , Trade promotion
Managing the Budget allocation and Tracking actual spending
Communicating with Sales, FM, Accounting, Purchase, R&D, QC, Production, CS and other operation team
In an effective manner
Managing and training marketing subordinates efficiently to carry out their task
Understanding consumer needs, consumption behavior, lifestyles, and insight
Understanding retailer needs and behavior
Understanding basic marketing Knowledge
Carrying out other tasks demanded by the management on behalf of the corporate benefit
University graduate, with minimum 3 year experience in brand management and at least 2 years experience in Assistant Brand Manager position/the same position (Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage)
Good analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate
Proactive and takes initiatives
Very good oral & written Vietnamese and English
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working hour: fr Monday to Friday; Annual leave: 12 days /year, extra 2-3 days after 2 working years. (Free lunch served at Company canteen, tea-break…)
