 Job Descriptions

  • Receive and transfer telephone calls from outside promptly and effectively to the person or departments/tenants concerned
  • Provide building basic information when required
  • Receive and transfer letter/ magazine/ package tenants or tenants’ mail boxes
  • Attend all complaints/ request from the tenants and transfer to concerned department or report directly to Manager. Follow-up the case until its closure
  • Interact with other departments such as Accounting, Technician, Cleaning, and Security…
  • File and up-date tenants’ information
  • Ensure a good- looking, clean & tidy reception corner & lobby area
  • Assist Customers with taxi/ courier services
  • Control Guest in & out of the building. Issue “Visitor”/ “Contractor” cards, to take note all information concerned guests in Logbook/ Record book
  • Immediately report all unusual, risk, unsafe phenomenon that may cause fire/ explosion to Operations Manager or Engineering Department
  • Writing announcements, directions, warnings sent to tenants if required
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

  • University/college degree
  • Good looking
  • At least 1-2 years experience working in receptionist, admin field
  • Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Responsible and dynamic withstand high pressure
