  • Management, monitoring and operation of the business dept.
  • Make plan, strategy and implement activities for pushing sale’s activities in order to get target; consulting, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, contracting and monitoring advertising campaigns of large customer, the customer has a foreign element and offer optimal solutions campaign, meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Preparation and implementation of business plans for the room periodically week/ month/ quarter/ year in line with the company’s development direction.
  • Responsible for sales situation (month/ quarter/ year), report to Branch Director.
  • Seize the market situation changes, personnel changes and make recommendations to solve the problem.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Maximum of 2 years experience at the same position.
  • Communication skills, management, leadership, negotiation, good presentation.
  • Ability to work scientific management and efficiency; team work well.
  • Responsibility, strong problem solving and decision making ability.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Qualification: Candidates who graduated in Economics, IT or related to mathematics.
  • Always keep the spirit of the leader, with the desired quality and become a “TRUE LEADER”.
