- Management, monitoring and operation of the business dept.
- Make plan, strategy and implement activities for pushing sale’s activities in order to get target; consulting, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, contracting and monitoring advertising campaigns of large customer, the customer has a foreign element and offer optimal solutions campaign, meet and exceed KPIs.
- Preparation and implementation of business plans for the room periodically week/ month/ quarter/ year in line with the company’s development direction.
- Responsible for sales situation (month/ quarter/ year), report to Branch Director.
- Seize the market situation changes, personnel changes and make recommendations to solve the problem.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Maximum of 2 years experience at the same position.
- Communication skills, management, leadership, negotiation, good presentation.
- Ability to work scientific management and efficiency; team work well.
- Responsibility, strong problem solving and decision making ability.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Qualification: Candidates who graduated in Economics, IT or related to mathematics.
