Role Overview

  • Responsible for achieving to manage Medical Devices products data, technical documents to support sales objectives. In addition, this position collaboration across various internal functional groups.

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following


  • Assist in managing calendars including scheduling of meetings, reservation of conference rooms, sending meeting requests
  • Support report for Business Development South team (ASP, ES, EES, MNT, DEPUY, SYNTHES data tender result: waiting, win, fail)
  • Read tender document, prepare technical documents of ASP, ETHICON, EES as sales team requirement by email
  • Prepare Authorization Sales Letter of south BD Team
  • Coordinate RA Team to follow deadline technical documents
  • Coordinate Supply Chain Team to follow customs declare of ASP, ETHICON, EES, MENTOR, DEPUY SYNTHES products
  • Work and follow with closely sales team and distributor to submit document on time, exactly
  • PO & PR process for notarized copy (ASP, ETHICON, EES, MENTOR, DEPUY SYNTHES, LIFESCAN)products
  • Expenses Reports for notarized copy technical tender documents
  • Payment Request for notarized copy technical tender documents
  • A&P Budget Control
  • Expenses Accrual for notarized copy technical tender documents
  • Managing vendor-related notarized copy technical tender documents Make and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels and ground transportation) through established agencies.  Assist with itineraries as needed
  • Prepare and edit various reports, documents and presentations using Microsoft Office software, and maintaining associated files
  • Assist with special projects related technical document of Medical Devices products
  • Other tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Verbal & Written English communication skills
  • 3 years’ previous experience as tender executive
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time, pay attention to details
  • Experience managing and prepare technical document of products and support data
  • Proactive and process oriented
  • Proficiency with complete suite of Microsoft Outlook is required, with excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Share workload as needed with other administrative support
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management
