Job Description

  • Identify potential Key new customers through various media platforms such as publishing, advertising, electronic media, and others and turn this into increased business.
  • Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Manage accounts and exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
  • Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
  • Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a customize solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Apply Companywide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
  • Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, prefer Bachelor of Economics
  • Excellent experience in business developing and sales
  • 1-2 years strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level
  • Handling Project bidding and management.
  • Experience in Express / Logistic/ Forwarding industry
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven Sales performance records
  • Need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good time Management skills
  • Computer Skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet
  • Stress management
