Job Description

  • To handle administration jobs such as validate support content for Mobile website, study new Service (chat service, USSD service,…) deploy to Call Center agents and manage to improve these services, summary and analysis basic data and handle other CIC administration jobs to improve customer loyal. Exceptional customer service skills, over the email or chat and in person, with our customers and internal departments, detail as below
  • To support collect data, follow the process and report of new services which have been deployed by higher levels, help higher levels catch real situation to improve to improve operation, reduce handling calls for frequently issues and increase more customer satisfaction
  • To be responsible for update services and information of competitors à report the changing and suggest improving activities (if any)
  • To be responsible for validate Mobile support content and approve for published on Mobile website
  • Support to do administration jobs such as sending gift, payment and control payment with telecommunication companies
  • Try to study to improve knowledge and skill and pass all academy courses and training courses from trainer
  • Communicate with Technical/ Marketing teams, shift leader and CIC agents to follow up and satisfy customers in TAT
  • To be responsible for handling loyal customer program and report to help higher level improve quality in future

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Major: Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 years experience in customer care or customer touch-point
  • English: Intermediate

Knowledge & skill

  • Good communication and customer persuasion skills
  • Consumer product
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (advanced)
  • Hard working, patience
  • Like electronics product and using electronics product
    knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Good research skills and attention to detail


  • Vietnamese citizen only
  • Sign contract with Third part
