  • Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
  • Communicates guest issues to management
  • Adheres Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook


  • Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
  • Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
  • Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
  • In-charge of on-the-job training for new comer

Job Requirements

  • Barchelor degree in Hospitality Managerment or equivalent required
  • Two years’ fine dining experience, with a minimum of one year as captain/senior server experience
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tableside service and specialized tableside preparations in high class standard
  • Pre-opening experience is a plus
  • Guest oriented and service minded
