Assist Line Manager to drive performance of the assigned category.
Check Retail Selling Prices of competitors bi-weekly to report to Line Manager.
Prepare Forms such as New product proposal, Item Status change, Item Master Modification, Item change price, Inactive request, Change Vender of Product.
Update products’ information to other teams (Merchandising Admin/Logistics team) such as: products’ sizes; products’ shelf life; delivery schedules.
Follow and make sure suppliers deliver stocks to stores/DC on time.
Make purchase orders daily then send to suppliers following purchase requests of stores.
Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager.
Get aging reports from DC/Operation Admin then contact with suppliers to exchange/return goods near expired date.
Support Line Manager in: Prepare sales contract and get validated by Merchandising Admin – Summarize the documents related: Business license of supplier, Bank account notification, Quality documents before sending to Merchandising Admin.
Inform new suppliers about the delivery processes of goods and invoices
Check planogram of new stores before opening.
Inform information to Operations and follow up execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 1-year working experience in Retail Operations or Merchandising or Marketing field.
