  • Main Objective: The C&B Executive’s role is to implement the HR strategies defined by the HR Manager in order to create a strong HR force with productive and friendly environment where employees are satisfied and motivated to contribute their greatest effort to the success of the company.
  • The C&B Executive is in charge of C&B.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager to design salary & incentive policies for different staff levels across all divisions
  • Support HR Manager to develop and apply C&B policies, reward & recognition programs, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Conduct monthly payroll and compute staff incentives, bonus
  • Conduct or research for salary survey to recommend competitive salary policies for different divisions
  • Make payroll report and payslip
  • In charge of staff PIT

Job Requirements

  • Education, Training Qualifications
    • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or Law.
  • Experience
    • At least 2-year experience in HR role of foreign companies, with strong background in recruitment & training
  • Skill
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good interview skill
    • Proficient in training & presentation
    • Problem solving skill
  • Other requirements
    • Structured & result-oriented
    • Fluent in English, both oral & written
    • Computer literacy, especially in MS office
    • Good knowledge in VN Labour Code
    • Discreet, reliable, honest and approachable.
    • Dynamic, pro-active, self-confident
