Main Objective: The C&B Executive’s role is to implement the HR strategies defined by the HR Manager in order to create a strong HR force with productive and friendly environment where employees are satisfied and motivated to contribute their greatest effort to the success of the company.
The C&B Executive is in charge of C&B.
Coordinate with HR Manager to design salary & incentive policies for different staff levels across all divisions
Support HR Manager to develop and apply C&B policies, reward & recognition programs, disciplinary actions, etc.
Conduct monthly payroll and compute staff incentives, bonus
Conduct or research for salary survey to recommend competitive salary policies for different divisions
Make payroll report and payslip
In charge of staff PIT
Education, Training Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or Law.
At least 2-year experience in HR role of foreign companies, with strong background in recruitment & training
