  • Participate in the execution of corporate human resource management: employee data management, cost control, employee data reports….
  • Participate in executing, analyzing and developing corporate compensation and benefits: payroll, social insurance, health care, salary increase…
  • Provide monthly reports to internal departments (such as staff cost), external authorities (PIT, Labor reports, Social Insurance, etc.) and for head quarter management purpose related to staff’s compensation & benefits;
  • Brain storm suggest for employee satisfaction, talent management;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 2-3 year experience in HR administration with focus on Compensation & Benefits
  • Knowledge and experiences in total rewards at MNC is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge in of Labor law, PIT law, SI, HI UI law and related regulations
  • Strategic ownership of multiple HR areas; full HR responsibility for direct reports
  • Experience in working with expatriates and global mobility;

  • Excellent numerical skills;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
  • Work experience in an international environment with proficient English communication skills;
