Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily task such as: register Claims, check docs receiving, issue request letter…
  • Handle more difficult task such as: create H&S accepted letter and PV, approve Major case.
  • Communicate with customer/agent to instruct sufficient documents/ replaceable & eligible documents to submit for claim assessment
  • Instruct/ remind CS/GA to receive valid claim docs
  • Other admin work for section
  • Handle daily task for Hotline.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Clearly understand process
  • Clearly understand valid claim documents to flexibly make acceptable judgment on this documents.
  • Clearly understand product benefit

In addition to the requirements in lower grade:

  • Product feature & policy wording
  • Knowledge of System process

Job Requirements

  • Customer-oriented

  • Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel)

  • Teamwork
  • University graduated
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Insurance industry

In addition to the requirements in lower grade:

  • Critical thinking
  • English (equivalent to Intermediate level)
