Job Descriptions

  • Build and manage PR budget accordingly (from regional and country budget)
  • Pitch and manage retainer PR agency
  • Pitch PR articles every week for all verticals and Grab in general
  • Media relations: build and manage media list, organize media luncheon
  • Maintain closed relationships with high-level people from media
  • Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities and liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity
  • Coordinate with other teams to organize press conferences or events
  • Prepare, issue and follow all press releases
  • Represent the company to answer all media questions as a spokesperson
  • Work closely with country head of marketing for crisis management
  • Monitor daily and analyze weekly about PR share of voice of Grab in the market
  • Maintain all files and photos related to PR
  • Develop integrated marketing plan with other marketing heads
  • Work closely with PR people from regional to ensure the PR orientation
  • Arrange interview/meeting between media and GM or country head of marketing
  • Develop long-term media partnerships

    • Coordinate with marketing heads to develop PR campaign for each vertical
    • Follow, report, analyze statistically the results of the programs, PR plans continuously for development direction and adjust timely to perfect the strategy
    • Develop and coordinate to organize promotional activities, invite VIPs or KOLs to promotional activities
    • Monitoring the implementation of all PR contents to meet the requirements, high attractiveness and effectiveness
    • Manage copy-writers to ensure all contents are following to the right directions
    • Control PR budget strictly for each vertical
    • Maintain good relationships, friendly and supportive cooperation with all vertical leads and marketing heads
    • Implement and control quality all PR projects, stick to the deadline and meet the expectation
    • Clipping report, analyze the results of PR campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and appearance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, priority to PR, Marketing, Advertising, Media and Press
  • Foreign language: Good at all four skills in English
  • Knowledge: advertising, Media and activities related to branding
  • Experience: at least 05 years working as similar positions. Priority to candidates who used to work for media
  • companies, or in culture, art, entertainment, film and television industry
  • Love working in media and television industry
  • Communicating, expressing ideas, convincing
  • Problem solving, situations handling, risk managing
  • Creative, dynamic
  • Statistics and planning
  • Ability to
    • Develop strategies and implement plan
    • Develop contents, edit (suitable and interesting contents)
    • Withstand high pressure
    • Integrate new technologies into practice
