  • Manage all recruitment team’s activities to deliver new user target
  • Monitor and evaluate the capacity and productivity of each CRM officer.
  • Analyze the quality of recruitment calls and conversion rate from staff to improve and feedback to staff to enhance their working performance.
  • Always build and design calling quality to suitable with current market and make sure that it bring effective for acquisition.
  • Explore and give creative to improve staff performance.
  • Propose all programs; plan to enhance all CRM’s activities.
  • Estimate and allocate data to make sure enough data quantity for acquisition’s activities.
  • Coaching staff monthly to sure delivering target.
  • Review and evaluate all KPI monthly.
  • Assist promotion campaign by using internal resource.
  • Manage person, recruit, retain, and annual performance review, plan development.
  • Send monthly report on time.
  • Ensure team activities are complied with company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
  • Act as internal auditor
  • Other tasks requested by CRM Marketing Manager

Background requirements

  • Education : Master of degree
  • More than 2 years at position of Manager of relevant industry.
  • Understand about Marketing.
  • Have experience in nutrition industry and used to work of CRM.
  • Have good experience in big human management.
  • Have skill in analysis about nutrition market
