  • Through different communication channels, I create unique, personal and loyalty
  • Building experience to our customers
  • I quickly react to customer questions, and provide full solutions to any request
  • Pro-actively and creatively, with my team, I find new customers, engage them and increase market share and sales of Decathlon

Job Requirements

  • VITALITY – You have passion for Sports, regularly practice at least on sport is essential- You are willing to try new, different ways of engaging and serving customers- You are dynamic, energetic, always POSITIVE and love taking challenges
  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP – You are concrete & punctual with on-the-field, organized mindset – You DARE to take risk, you play to win and you are able to take RESPONSIBILITY of your role
  • EXPERIENCE – Familiar with Office and Information System. You are already a cyber buyer- You are at ease with social networks, online communities… – Speaking English is a plus
