Job Description

  • Feedback promptly to customer inquiries in professional manner (Phone, email)
  • Coordinate with Order Management Officer & Senior Team Leader to comeup with process improvement
  • Responsible for agent coaching and improvement. Motivate the team to achieve higher performance with high attendance
  • Responsible for ticket escalation
  • Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal, external departments
  • Control KPIs breach
  • Shift rotation (8 hours/ shift): morning shift starts at 07:00, night shift finishesat 22:00

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year experienced in customer service call center
  • Friendly and can-do attitude, and willing to help at all times
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and knowledge of English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet
  • High adaptability, hungry to learn and grow
  • Able to work well with team members in a high pressure
  • Initiative, able to change and make necessary changes
  • High stress tolerance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
