- Handling incoming phone calls of customers through call center
- Coordinate with relevant sections to handle customers’ complaints and questions
- Shift: there are 4 shifts, shift will be alternated between employees in call center according to teamleader’s assign. ( Will be discussed further during the interview)
- Included: Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday
- At least 1 year of working experience in banking industry
- Relevant experiences with good customer service mindset
- Male is prefer
- English fluency in speaking and writing, Korean language is an advantage.
