Mô tả công việc

  • Receive booking request from sales/customer, check vessel schedule, free time to meet customer’s requirement
  • Arrange booking with shipping lines, release it to customer
  • Process export docs (B/L, SI, IV, PL, cert….)
  • File AMS, AHR if cargo to USA, Japan
  • Issue HB/L, debit/credit note to customer/agent
  • Settle payment to carriers/coloaders, arrange messenger to take B/L & release to customer timely
  • Send pre-alert to agent
  • Send loading confirmation / P.O.D. to customer/agents
  • Key in costing to close file
  • Closely co-operate with sales to get costing sheet, check list, remind sales to sign contract with customers
  • Co-operate with acct to make SOA correctly & assist to make sure no bad debt
  • Co-operate with ops to follow up & push logistics handling timely to meet customer’s requirement
  • Co-operate/follow up with HAN/HPH team and give clear intructions to them when pass shipments to them to handle
  • Co-operate well with messenger to make sure they take B/L & release it to customer timely
  • Payment request in advance for messenger if needed when they over limit

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 2 years experience in forwarding field
  • College / University
  • English: Basic level
  • Good customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
  • Patient, diligent, careful, well controlled under high pressure/over workload, responsibility
