Job Descriptions

  • Handle all Air and Sea Import Shipments to Hanoi airport / Haiphong port.
  • Handling nominated and free-hand shipments.
  • Track & trace for arrival time of each shipment.
  • Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery and special service requirements to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Major in Economics (International Business, Logistics, Sea Transportation) or relevant field.
  • Can communicate basically in English and Vietnamese.
  • Candidates who can work full – time are preferable.
