- Communicate with customers over phone, cs email, and manage Facebook Fanpage in Vietnamese or English
- Taking note and cross check with Operation team to follow up with clients
- In charge of planning and ensure special customer requests are well-recorded
- Analyze and propose customer satisfaction report
- Coordinate with other members for cross job tasks as requested
- Fresh graduated is preferred, no experience required.
- English speaking and written must be fluent (IELTS > 5.5 or equivalent)
- Know basic Japanese is a plus
- Extreme customer service orientation, active and attractive voice is a plus
- Good communication skills, problem solving and crisis management
- Multitasking, learn quick, creative and love food (or anything related to eating)!
- Salary: Negotiable; There is 2 months probation period.
