- Learn and understand company’s products.
- Take care of customers through company’s channels including social channels, Live chat, skype and emails (all clients of BSS are foreigners).
- Consult and offer solutions matching customers’s needs.
- Manage customer infomation.
- Coordinate with Developers to solve technical requirements of customers.
- Nurture potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Solve problems of errors, refund, warranty and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Graduated in economics or marketing.
- Passionate for e-commerce industry and marketing.
- Fluency in English (especially reading and writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective team working skills.
- Interested in start-ups and fast moving environments.
- Pro-active, open-minded, efficient under pressure and continuous learner.
- Salary: $250 – $400.
