  • Input data into tool correctly
  • Communicate with clients (via email, phone, or online tool) to provide accurate and timely information
  • Advise and assist regarding the organization’s product and service
  • Gradually keep client’s database updated in order to easily track the volume, content and outcomes of inquiries received
  • Periodically produce reports to client on request (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)

Job Requirements

  • College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree from any fields (0-1 year of working experience)
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Good at analysis and customer service
  • Good at MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Teamwork, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Careful, open-minded, willing to learn and sharing knowledge, result-oriented
