Job Descriptions

  • Perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of deskside hardware/software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contract service level agreements.
  • Role may also include Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain customer accounts. A+ and Microsoft Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated written/verbal communication and the ability to follow written instructions for scripted projects are critical skills in this position. The candidate should possess demonstrated client focus and interface skills.
  • This job involves completing all job related administrative tasks required.

Job Requirements

  • Required Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Good knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, but not limited to smart phone OS (iOS, Windows phone, Android)
  • Strong customer communication and business skills
