Job Descriptions

  • Taking a lead in Clients’ marketing and advertising strategies to assure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure growth and profit goals are achieved
  • Recruiting, training and leading team members to provide a high level of client service and performance
  • Planning, developing, and defending budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service to Clients
  • Maintaining open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management
  • Seeking, negotiating and managing outsouce service partners
  • Executing other duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management: at least 02 – 03 years of working with B2B clients at the same position
  • Experience in digital marketing campaign strategy, activation and measurement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
  • Effective leadership skill and team management capabilities
  • Full awareness of digital marketing processes and techniques
  • Strong problem solving skills ability to conceptualize issues, quickly develop solutions, and implement action plans
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
