Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and provide secretarial and administrative services: correspondence: phone call, email, report, meeting, visitation, schedule, business trip, department events.
  • Coordinate, follow up strictly control to ensure the issues are under control and processes are in line with company and compliance guidelines.
  • Carry out administration office management.
  • Control and follow up department personel management data. Update organization chart, job description according to policy and guideline company. Prepare training applicant according to training plan and follow up process training of staff.
  • Handle all paper works related to General Manager, Engineering and maintain department files and records.
  • Clarify budget, specification, cost, time for all repair, renovation projects with users, final control. Ensue these requirement are submit in time on the system, follow up all approval status from starting until good receipt. Escalate to appropriate level for deviation, co-operate to propose solution to management.
  • Update shopfloor information ( Safety, absent, project status, shutdown time), clarify all over target cases.
  • 8 hrs/day from Monday to Friday
  • Duration: 7-months

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Be fluent in English speaking and writing
  • High & professional level of administrative/secretarial skills
  • Have experiences in the relevant position.
  • Good organizational office & communication skill
  • Good command of PC Skills (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint.)
  • Bilingual English/Vietnamese in speech and writing.
  • Independently working ability and team working
