  • Attend the lecturers at the weekend;
  • Provide general assistance and take note at all required lecturers
  • Support learners during the course process including language and academic sectors
  • Translate academic documents
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Support other administration tasks assigned by directors

Job Requirements

  • University/College degree
  • Good command in all English skill – first priority
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communications skills, problem solving skills and great eye for details
  • Competent on computer knowledge
  • Preference will be offered for candidates with same working experience before
