Job Description

  • Project Management:
    • Work across functional teams to solve any issue happening during project execution.
    • Manage changes from all stakeholders to mitigate impact to delivery timeline and quality.
    • Follow up closely with other teams to make sure project progress on track.
    • Manage any risk during project setup and execution
    • Manage quality with teams to ensure level of quality as commitment iin the contract.
    • Be process champion to review and enhance current processes to achieve better productivity as well as quality.
    • Review cost submitted by Operation team, review and confirm field work instruction, SODA program before starting a new round.
    • Present reports to client
  • Client facing:
    • Liaise with client to identify and define client’s needs, scope and objectives.
    • Handle client’s requests independently and fully.
  • People Management:
    • Monitor performance for each team member.
    • Coach and guide at least 1-2 people.
    • Develop new members.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years in Project Management
  • Can communicate in English and Vietnamese
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Positive thinking
  • Can work well under pressure
