Monitor department controllable expenses like over time, tools.
Review inventory and sales records to advise management and merchandising department.
Report periodically including market survey.
Maintain fire-fighting, camera and EAS systems and security equipments in good condition.
Requirements: Meet sales target, keep minimum expenses, shrinkages, doors, elevators, systems are opened and closed on time and well maintained. All kind of Reports is submitted on time.
Rules and Regulations
Follow the company rules and in house regulations.
Be responsible for staffs and promoters in implementing, executing the rules and regulations within the department and as assigned by the management.
Requirements: Rules and regulations are strictly followed.
Implement and monitor store policies practices, standards, guidelines, procedures.
Plan and prepare duty rooster and keep record of employee’s work schedules.
Preside over all department meetings of staffs and promoters.
Train, motivate and supervise subordinates engaged in sales, inventory-taking, performing services to customers.
Appraise staff’s performance and handle staff’s grievances and complains from internal and external customers.
Requirements: Efficient manpower on duty, staffs are efficient competent in sales service. Appraisal result is evaluated accurately, fair with staff’s performance. Staff’s grievances are solved within the competence. Staff turnover at minimum level.
Support other department as required.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store manager, SSM, ASM.
25 years old or older
At least two-year experience at management level.
English ability: Fluency.
