Job Description


  • Strategic price position, plan & monitor discount spending
  • Ensuring the transparency and accuracy of key performance indicators in order to support for management decisions
  • RoS steering and transfer pricing, establishing Transfer Pricing documentation/ transfer pricing analysis
  • Feasibility studies for new projects; sales volume & Kufri processes and alignment production

 Operative planning

  • Leading planning; coordinating Pre-Market alignment discussion/Operative Planning discussion/presentations
  • Deal with other departments/Oversea for planning/forecast related matters

Strategic Planning

  • Macro economic situation, outlook and growth expectation analysis
  • Identifying and evaluating changes of fiscal policies, tariff and non-tariff regulations
  • Coordinating strategy with relevant stakeholders, presenting and obtaining the approval, communicating strategy over various management levels and Monitoring/Tracking strategy implementation

Budget Controlling

  • Deriving G&A – Guideline and controlling Marketing budget, projects and investment controlling

Cash flow management/Funding management

  • Deriving regular Cash Flow Forecast, optimization measures/initiatives
  • Approval of initial payment terms to stakeholders; capital Structure Planning, Analysis and optimization

Management reporting

  • General Reporting routine and managing Reporting system and data processes

Risk Management

  • Implementation of Risk Management process for MBC, including Risk identification, evaluation, reporting and documentation
  • Jointly evaluate the assessment results/EoD calculation/ define countermeasures with risk owner
  • Consolidate the evaluation result and present to MBC Board.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
  • Minimum 05 years in progressively responsible financial leadership role, preferably in automotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all level of the organization, including internal and external business partners
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decision based on accurate and timely analysis
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong financial skills, strong leadership, business acumen and result-orientation.
