Job Descriptions

  • Kick starting and leading the Export Business Line
  • Coordinating with digital 3rd party export partner platforms (similar to Alibaba and Amazon) about which products available on are interesting for a global audience
  • Requesting information from vendors or taking specific pictures with help of a photographer (various angles) to fulfill the requirements of international customers
  • Once the product selection is defined, approach our brands (vendors) to get volume discounts for large orders
  • Upload the product selection (pictures, description, volume discounts etc.) to the digital platforms
  • Keep track of the communication between 3rd party export partners and brands
  • Receive Orders from 3rd party export partners and coordinate with our In-House operations to successfully receive the products from the brands and ship to the 3rd party export partners
  • Weekly Progress Reporting to Co-Founder
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 – 12.00 / 13.30 – 18.00

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Must speak good English language
  • Be able to work independently as well as team-working
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Highly organized and able to keep track of 3rd party export partners and brands progress
  • Enjoy meeting people and be comfortable with cold calling
  • Structured person focused on process, details, and quality
  • Hiring your own team of interns or executives to grow the business line


Fix salary: competitive salary depending on experience
