Job Description

Client Services:

  • Works closely with current clients.
  • Entertains clients when necessary.
  • Invite clients to Company’s events and function and take care of them to maintain strong relationship.
  • Handle efficiently and effectively clients’ inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services.
  • New Clients Searching.
  • Get proper contact information of person in charge.
  • Approach for meeting to introduce CGV’s services.


  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Actively support business objectives and managers.
  • Maintain excellent Product Knowledge of the company.


  • Follow up payment schedule of clients.
  • Remind clients to settle their payment on time.


  • Communicate with other department/division to ensure the commitment to our clients flow smoothly.
  • Communicate with line manager on unordinary inquiries for immediate action.
  • Remain updated on our competitors’ business development, activities and propose appropriate action to line manager.
  • Coordinate with Sales Assistant, IT Department, and Cinema Assistant Manager or Cinema Manager on the availability in case of private screening booking.

Materials and Paperwork:

  • Prepare report for clients if necessary ( movies list, photos ect.).
  • Take photos on each client’s campaign for clients and/or for our library to demonstrate to other clients for their reference.
  • Prepare precise quotation. Proposal for clients and keep track.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years working experience in the related fields of Sale B2B.
  • Knowledge in movie, entertainment and multi media industries.
  • Good English communication.
