Job Description

  • Prepare Hotel, pick up and air ticket booking for employees and visitor.
  • Make purchase request and go payment for service contract.
  • Post vacancies on website; screen CVs, arrange interview; prepare Test, preparation for new enployees.
  • Handling recruitment request as assigment.
  • Build CVs database; support HRBP team in joining the Employer Branding activities: Job Fair, Career Talk Show…
  • Following the probation process/ part-time contract of employees.
  • Assisting People Operation team in Engagement activities/ company events.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from College/ University
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Good at MS Office & English communication
  • Good customer service, communication & team work skill.
  • Flexibility, creative and careful.
  • Well organized and able to multitask
