Job Description

  • Coordinate with HR team to establish and implement company policies, standards and procedures
  • Manage annual leave of employees and interns, make payroll for interns monthly.
  • Support recruitment process assigned by line manager
  • Organize company’s events (happy hours, company outing, etc.)
  • Assign and monitor all administrative issues including transportation, meetings, business trips, rental contract of real estate/car/office supply, distribution of stationery/ uniform, order of sanitary items, courier service, telephone/ internet/ mobile card services, application for visa, etc.
  • Deal with complex queries and complaints (if any)
  • Control admin expense and office budget
  • Maintain and improve professional working

Job Requirements

  • 4thyear student or fresh graduate
  • Good communication in English
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Team player
