Job Description
- Assist HRBP Manager in writing and maintaining a variety of reports or queries in relation to human resource activities, including employment, compensations and benefits, staff costs, turnover and absenteeism for all existing departments in Zalo Group.
- Perform routine reporting and data management tasks essential to accurate reporting and analysis
- Report trends and/or HR operation issues and recommend solutions
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
- 1 year of experience in data analysis is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to research and analyse various types of Human Resource data
- Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise work effectively
