Job Description

  • Assist HRBP Manager in writing and maintaining a variety of reports or queries in relation to human resource activities, including employment, compensations and benefits, staff costs, turnover and absenteeism for all existing departments in Zalo Group.
  • Perform routine reporting and data management tasks essential to accurate reporting and analysis
  • Report trends and/or HR operation issues and recommend solutions
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
  • 1 year of experience in data analysis is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to research and analyse various types of Human Resource data
  • Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise work effectively
