Job Description

  •  As an HR Assistant Intern, you have a supporting factor in the HR Department. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
  • Your main tasks will be involved but not limited to the following:
    • Coordinate to HR projects.
    • Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives
    • Take care of labour contracts for local employee, archive Labour contracts on intranet, keep track new staff in probation time
    • Take care the employee database from the entry to exit (required documents collecting and archiving)
    • Make social insurance reports regarding increasing and reducing labours
    • Assist in application process for work permit, visa, other documents for foreign employees
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
    • Other duties as directed by HRO

Job Requirements

  • Last year students or fresh graduates available for full-time internship in 6 months
  • Good attention to details
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to interact proactively with management and staff
  • Hard-working and high responsibility
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Good command of English, both verbal & written communication
