Job Description

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 03 years’ experience as a HR practitioner with successful track record of results in a fast paced environment.
  • Has proven experience working in in a HR Business Partner role
  • Self-motivated individual with influencing ability, analytical and data driven, who demonstrates initiative, problem solving skillset and understands new process implementation
